Director of Sales

Dock Health is looking for a director of sales with a passion for collaborating with partners and a curiosity to find new ways of serving customers. Join a growing and fast-paced team dedicated to delivering consumer-oriented digital health solutions for clinical care teams and their patients across facility, specialty, care-setting and geography. This person will build and nurture a sales pipeline across the spectrum of modalities from independent to enterprise, and will work closely with the leadership team. This individual will report to the COO, and grow with the organization, ultimately working to build out the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a sales pipeline and explore new approaches and opportunities methodically, in a broad market

  • Facilitate outreach to customers, partners and other BD segments

  • Drive enterprise contracting, pricing, etc.

  • Desire / willingness to roll up sleeves in a start-up environment

  • Develop and lead teams in sales and customer success

  • Collaborative - willing to work closely with:

    • Marketing – iterate on messaging and feedback from clients and prospects

    • Product – passing along insights on market needs and customer feedback

    • Broader leadership team – identifying and following up on BD/partner opportunities, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a business field, MBA preferred

  • 5+ years experience selling technology into providers (independent practices and enterprises)

  • Meticulous about relationship building, tracking and following up with leads and opportunities

  • Established connections and history in healthcare 

  • Creative and nimble in this new world of post-pandemic, social/virtual sales

  • Relentless and creative in outbound efforts, finding opportunities, evangelizing the product, performing demos, closing sales

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Mentor junior sales team members

  • Experience within a healthcare organization a plus

  • A curious, collaborative approach to sales, willingness to learn, grow and optimize with teammates
